For: Ages 13-18 (Jr. High-High School)

Cost:

$260.00 per camper

$215.00 per camper for local teams commuting with meals and no housing

$175.00 per camper for local teams commuting with no meals and no housing

$150.00 for each additional coach/chaperone.
(1 coach per team is included with each team you register)

Team Camp

June 28- July 1, 2009

Team Camp Features:

Each team will be guaranteed nine games.
Coaches may choose levels of competition (V or JV)
Each Head Coach is paid $240.00.
Campers will stay in a modern, air-conditioned dormitory on campus.
Meals are provided on campus in beautiful Wagoner Hall.
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt.
Each team will be presented with a camp basketball
Certified officials, scorers and timers provided
Certified athletic trainer on site.
Counselors (college players) are housed in each dorm area.
Our camp store offers shorts, t-shirts, drinks and snack items.
Each team must provide their own transportation to and from the dormitory, gym and cafeteria facility.
Awards will be given for Best Offensive Team, Best Defensive Team, Best Rebounding Team, Best Shooting Team, Seahawk Sportsmanship Award.

Registration fee: A fee PER TEAM is due WITH your application form. Registrations postmarked before 4/15/09—$50.00 per team. Registrations postmarked after 4/15/09—$100.00 per team. This fee is non-refundable. This fee will be applied to your team’s
balance which can be paid at check-in.

Player deposits: For each player you are bringing, a player deposit is due to us. This deposit guarantees each player a space in the camp. The player deposit will be applied to your balance and is non-refundable. Player deposits postmarked before 5/1/09—$50.00 per player. Player deposits postmarked after 5/1/09—$100.00 per player. If we have not received your player deposits by 5/15/09 your team reservation is in jeopardy of being cancelled. Deposit/reservation fees are non-refundable and no refunds will be given for campers dismissed due to misconduct.

Payment of balance at check-in: Your team balance is due upon arrival at check-in. We will only accept cash or ONE CHECK payable to Ann Hancock’s Basketball Camps. Please do not ask us to accept individual personal checks from the camper’s parents.
